Robert Blum

Director’s Office

In Progress

This work has been placed at lower priority given schedule slip on the Project. However, we will return to it in early 2024.

We plan to Start with a Technote (Program Ops) to guide development and implementation to the RAC. This would include a summary of the resources to be allocated (and how they are apportioned between the Google cloud, SLAC batch farm, and the IDAC network), a timeline for the resource allocation process (when it starts, and what the annual cycle looks like), the general composition of the RAC (and how it is refreshed), and any other high level conditions we want to put in place at this time.

PREOPS-3627

L2 - Complete the FY25 Summit Maintenance and Service Plan

Chuck Claver

Observatory Operations

To Do

Not yet started.  This has been delayed due to delays in the advancement of the construction project.  This milestone was created assuming an earlier schedule plan from the construction plan which has be superseded by a revised schedule.

Propose to move this milestone to be consistent with previous assumptions but based on revised construction schedule.

There is also influence from the revisions to the Strategic Maintenance plan which has been similarly delayed.
